Applications for enrolment are accepted at any time throughout the year subject to vacancies.
If you wish to enroll your child at our Centre, you will need to complete the waiting list form. If no vacancies exist, your child will be placed on our waiting list until the day/s you require are available.
Once your child has been offered a position in the Centre an enrolment package will be forwarded to you to complete before your child’s first day and offered a time to come in for a tour.
Enrolment is accepted once all forms are fully completed and returned within the specified time frame and a bond payment of $310 per family is paid to the service.
The bond payment includes a non-refundable administration fee of $110. The remaining $200 bond will be refunded when your child ceases care at WWEYLC, provided fees are up to date. A non-refundable administration fee of $110 per child applies to additional siblings upon enrolment.
Once your enrolment has been confirmed, your child’s details will be passed onto your child’s Room Leader to ensure they are expecting your child on their first day. Parents are encouraged to communicate their child’s routine, likes/dislikes and individual needs with Educators.
If your child has any special needs, medical conditions or acute allergies, your child’s enrolment will be passed to your child’s Educators who will accommodate your child’s specific needs within the Centre.
Your child's room leader will be expecting you. They will help your child (and you) become familiar with the steps involved in getting themselves ready for their day.
